AI in Marketing is now an advantage.
Let us teach you how to use it.
Kinson AI trains Caribbean marketing teams to work with AI, then builds it into how the work runs, so you can point to what it earned. Led by Ewort Atkinson, 15 years in marketing, advertising and communications in Telecoms, Banking and Finance and FMCG.

Two problems.
Two doors.
“We need someone to figure this out.”
You have a marketing team, a budget, and no agreed plan for AI. You do not want a pilot that dies in three weeks, and you need to know what it will return before you commit anything.
Start here: book a fit call. Inside 20 minutes you will know whether this is a strategy problem, a workflow problem or a skills problem.
Book a Fit Call →“We need the skills, not a consultant.”
You already know AI belongs in your marketing. What you need is your people using it well on Monday morning, on your briefs, inside your brand rules.
Start here: the AI Marketing Strategy Course, or a live Team Lab for the whole department.
See Courses & Team Training →The gap is not the tools.
It is the skill to use them.
AI tools now cost less than a phone plan. What most Caribbean marketing teams do not have is anyone trained to point them at the right work, and any way to tell whether it worked.
Nobody on the team has been trained
Your marketing officer can open ChatGPT. That is a long way from knowing which part of a campaign it should touch, what must be kept out of it, and how to check the output before a customer reads it.
The subscription does not change the workflow
PwC's 2024 Caribbean survey found 55% of respondents were not fully using data tools across their operations. Paying for a tool changes nothing about how a brief moves from request to approval to report. That is where your time and your money sit.*
Nobody can put a number on it
Hours saved is not a business result. Without a baseline taken before you start, you cannot tell your CEO whether AI produced leads, sales, or only activity.
The AIMAR Framework™
Five stages that move a marketing team from an honest baseline to a system that runs and reports on itself. Built for Caribbean budgets, Caribbean team sizes and Caribbean compliance realities.
Audit what your team uses today, what it does not, the workflows behind the work, the data exposure, and the skill level of the people who will have to run it.
Redesign the two or three workflows where AI changes the economics. Brief, produce, approve, publish, report.
Rebuild the campaign engine around the new workflow. Sharper targeting, real personalisation, and content volume your current team size could not carry before.
Ship it. Working assets, written guardrails, a trained team, and a named owner for every process.
Measure against the baseline from stage one and hand leadership a number they can take to a board.
Three steps.
No mystery.
Diagnose
A free five-minute diagnostic, or a paid 90-minute executive review if you want a real conversation and a five-page action memo. You leave with a readiness score and a written view of where your money is leaking.
Train and install
Ninety days. We train your team, redesign the workflows, build two working AI assets inside your marketing operation, and write the guardrails your brand and compliance people will ask for.
Prove it
We measure against the baseline, hand over the documentation, and stay on retainer only if your team wants a hand on the wheel while it beds in.
Founder & Principal
Ewort Atkinson, MBA
Kinson AI Marketing Consultancy
For 15 years I have sat on the client side of Caribbean marketing, not the vendor side. At Digicel Jamaica I ran the digital media function for one of the country's largest advertisers, accountable for national campaigns across television, radio, press and digital, and for the return those campaigns produced. At Sagicor Group Jamaica I led digital and content strategy across eight subsidiaries and built the lead scoring system the business ran on.
I have lectured digital marketing at UTech and Northern Caribbean University, written two books, and I serve as Vice Chair of the Business and Economics Committee at the Jamaica AI Association.
That is why Kinson AI does not stop at advice. The diagnostic on this site, the ARIA content system and the lead scoring model were built by me. When I tell a marketing team what AI can do for their operation, I have already built the thing I am describing.
Four ways in.
Start where you are.
AI Marketing Readiness Diagnostic
A five-minute AIMAR assessment that scores your marketing operation across all five stages and returns a personalised report.
You leave knowing where you stand.
AI Marketing Strategy Course (Self-Paced)
Eight modules and eight working templates, built on the AIMAR Framework. Written for Caribbean marketers working with Caribbean budgets.
You leave with a board-ready AI marketing strategy.
AI Marketing Team Lab
A live half-day with your marketing department, worked on your actual briefs. Prompt systems, content workflow, reporting, brand and privacy guardrails, and a written playbook afterwards.
Your team leaves with working processes, not a certificate.
AI Marketing Strategy Course (Tutor-Led)
The same eight modules and eight templates, taught live online to a batch of five. The full five-stage AIMAR Framework, worked through with a tutor rather than alone.
Five of your people leave with one board-ready strategy.
Ongoing advisory is available at US$1,700 per month, three-month minimum. It follows an engagement; it is not a starting point.
