Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 2, 2026  ·  Kinson Digital Hub, Inc.

Overview

The data controller is Kinson Digital Hub, Inc., a Florida corporation with its principal place of business at 8020 Voltaire Ct. W, Jacksonville, FL 32277, USA, trading as "Kinson AI" ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use our website and services, including the ARIA Campaign Brief Generator at aria.kinsonai.com.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

ARIA Campaign Brief Generator — Data Disclosure

This section specifically covers data collected when you use the ARIA Campaign Brief Generator at aria.kinsonai.com.

What ARIA collects

When you submit a campaign brief request, ARIA collects:

  • Your name and email address
  • Business name, industry, and market location
  • Campaign goal, target audience, offer or promotion details, preferred customer action, and brand tone
  • Competitor or reference brand information (if provided)
  • Your IP address — collected in hashed (anonymised) form for rate-limiting only, never linked to your identity

Third-party AI processors

Your business inputs are transmitted to the following third parties to generate your brief and image:

  • Anthropic, Inc. — generates your campaign brief. See anthropic.com/privacy
  • OpenAI, LLC — generates the campaign image mock-up. See openai.com/privacy
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — provides hosting, security, and analytics infrastructure. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
  • Google LLC (Google Fonts) — serves the web fonts used by the page; your IP address is received by Google when the fonts load. See policies.google.com/privacy
  • Stripe, Inc. — if you choose to pay for an additional generation, payment is processed on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Your card details are entered on Stripe's site and never touch ours; ARIA receives only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the email you provided at checkout. See stripe.com/privacy
  • Resend — our transactional email provider. If you click "Talk to a KinsonAI Consultant," the name, email and business name you entered are emailed to us so a person can respond to your enquiry. You are not added to any marketing list. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy

Data retention

Campaign inputs and AI-generated outputs are not stored by KinsonAI after your brief is delivered. Your hashed IP address is held in temporary server memory for rate-limiting and cleared on server restart. Your email may be retained for service communication purposes only.

We do keep anonymous, aggregate usage statistics — for each generation we record the type (brief or image), the industry, market and brand tone selected, the date, and a one-way, non-reversible identifier used only to count unique users. These records contain no names, email addresses, or campaign input text and cannot be linked back to you or your business.

AI output disclaimer

ARIA generates campaign planning drafts using artificial intelligence. Outputs are a starting point for review and refinement by a qualified marketing professional. KinsonAI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated briefs for any specific business purpose.

kinsonai.com Website — Data Disclosure

This section covers data collected on this website (kinsonai.com), separate from ARIA above.

What this website collects

When you submit any form on this site (contact, course interest, course waitlist, or training inquiry), we collect the details you enter: name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation (optional), and your message or topic of interest.

Where that data goes

  • Netlify, Inc. — hosts this website and stores form submissions so we can respond to you. See netlify.com/privacy
  • Resend — our transactional email provider. It delivers the emails we send you directly: the acknowledgement of your enquiry, your course enrollment and access details, and your AI Marketing Readiness Report. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
  • Stripe, Inc. — processes course payments on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Your card details are entered on Stripe's site and never touch ours. See stripe.com/privacy
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — traffic analytics, only after you accept the cookie banner (see Cookies and Tracking below). See policies.google.com/privacy
  • Calendly LLC — scheduling, if you book a call. See calendly.com/privacy
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

How we use your email address

We do not operate an automated marketing mailing list. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to anything.

Some forms — the course interest form and the AIMAR course waitlist — include a separate, unticked consent checkbox asking whether you would like to receive course launch updates. That box is never pre-ticked and is never implied by the act of submitting. Where you tick it, we record what you agreed to, when, and from which page, and we may email you those launch updates; every such email tells you how to stop receiving them, and you can also reply to any email or write to ewort@kinsonai.com to be removed. Where you do not tick it, we use your address only to reply to the enquiry you made.

Course access details, enrollment confirmations, your AI Marketing Readiness Report, and acknowledgements of your enquiry are service messages: we send them because you asked for the thing they deliver, not as marketing.

Data retention for website forms

Form submissions are retained in Netlify Forms for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where you have given consent, to send you the updates you asked for. Our email provider retains delivery records of messages sent to you for a limited period so that failures can be diagnosed. You can ask us to delete your details entirely at any time (see Your Rights below).

Information We Collect

Depending on which service you use, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and organisation
  • Business name, industry, market, and campaign goal
  • Target audience, offer, preferred customer action, and brand tone
  • Competitor or reference brand information (optional)
  • IP address (hashed — used only for rate-limiting, not linked to your identity)

How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the ARIA campaign brief and image you requested
  • To manage your free generation allowance
  • To personalise your experience and improve our services
  • To respond to customer service requests
  • To send periodic service-related emails you have requested

Email addresses submitted through ARIA are not used for third-party advertising audience targeting without your explicit consent.

Data Retention

For the ARIA Campaign Brief Generator: campaign inputs and generated outputs are not retained by KinsonAI after generation is complete.

For other KinsonAI services where ongoing accounts are maintained, we retain personal data only for as long as necessary to deliver those services and meet legal obligations, after which data is deleted or anonymised.

Third-Party Sharing

We share your data only with third parties necessary to deliver the services you requested — for this website: Netlify (hosting and form storage), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (consent-gated analytics), and Calendly (scheduling); for ARIA: Anthropic (brief generation), OpenAI (image generation), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and Google (web fonts). We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information to government or law enforcement officials where required by applicable law.

Cookies and Tracking

Kinson AI Marketing Consultancy uses session cookies to identify areas of our website you have visited and to maintain service state. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information.

ARIA uses a server-side session cookie to track your daily and monthly usage allowance. We also use Cloudflare Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic patterns on kinsonai.com. Google Analytics only sets cookies after you accept the consent banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, analytics storage remains disabled. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

International Data Transfers

Kinson Digital Hub, Inc. is established in the United States (Florida) and serves clients in Jamaica, the wider Caribbean, and internationally. The service providers named in this policy (Netlify, Resend, Stripe, Google, Calendly, Anthropic, OpenAI, Cloudflare) process data in the United States and other countries. By using our services you consent to trans-border transfer and hosting of such information, in accordance with applicable international data transfer frameworks including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (2023) where applicable.

Your Rights

GDPR (EEA residents): You have the right to access, correct, restrict, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (including by declining or clearing the cookie banner choice, or unsubscribing from emails). Contact us at ewort@kinsonai.com and we will respond within 30 days.

CCPA (California residents): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and receive equal service without discrimination. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email ewort@kinsonai.com.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
